Prospero's, since it opened in 1994 with a modest 50 seat restaurant, has been setting standards and initiatives which others have tried to imitate. So much so that within three years of opening it was necessary to expand and relocate to its present location which boasts a formal-casual dining area and bar, alfresco dining and a separate function room and bar (up to 120 people). Our function room is ideal for all types of parties as well as corporate seminars.
